This might come as a surprise to you, but many things happen in motherhood that are normal. However, many MoMs’ responses make it seem that you don’t want them to be normal, so you’re fighting against it. That fight is exhausting. So, let’s take a look at somethings that are normal in motherhood so that we can experience them in a calm, relaxed, present manner. Doing so will allow us to show up in our motherhood how we desire.
